Big Brothers Big Sisters of Palm Beach and Martin Counties is excited to announce Courtney Frost as the nonprofit organization’s new Palm Beach County program manager.
Frost will supervise all Palm Beach County programs, including the Jupiter Mentoring Program, the Boca Raton Think Big Club and the Career Skills Program at Roosevelt Middle School.
Frost comes to the agency with an extensive background in program development and management. As project facilitator for the Center for Brain Health in the University of Texas at Dallas, she implemented the Strategic Memory and Reasoning Training research program throughout middle schools in Texas, which was aimed at strengthening critical-thinking skills among adolescents.
Her work with adolescents will be a great contribution to Big Brothers Big Sisters, and her experience in programs similar to the ones the organization offers is a huge benefit to the program-development department.
Frost has a Bachelor’s degree in sociology and criminology from the University of Oklahoma, and a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas.
“I am thrilled to join the exemplary Big Brothers Big Sisters’ staff,” Frost said.
